Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00635 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00635 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00635 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, LINC00635 RNA expression shows 7,880 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Together, these results highlight KIRP, BRCA, and KICH as cancer lineages where LINC00635 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
