Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00557 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00557 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00557 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, LINC00557 RNA expression shows 6,671 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight UVM, HNSC, and ESCA as cancer lineages where LINC00557 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
