Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00544 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00544 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher LINC00544 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00544 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CESC show a favorable association.

SKCM, CESC, and BLCA are the cancer types where LINC00544 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
