LINC00326

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00326 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC00326’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where LINC00326 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC00326 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.

THCA, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where LINC00326 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
