The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC00243 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00243 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.
