Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00222 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00222 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC00222 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00222 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LAML show a favorable association.

BLCA, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC00222 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
