Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC-ROR RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC-ROR data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher LINC-ROR RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC-ROR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, ACC, and THCA are the cancer types where LINC-ROR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
