LIN7A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,475 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGTR1, ADAMTS9-AS2, and ACSS3. Each is linked with LIN7A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7A-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIN7A versus AGTR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
