LIN52

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,446 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN52-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, RAD1, and ESPL1. Each is linked with LIN52 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN52-to-partner and partner-to-LIN52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN52→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
