LIN37

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,037 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN37-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN9, VSIG4, and LINC01952. Each is linked with LIN37 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN37-to-partner and partner-to-LIN37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIN37 versus LIN9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN37→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
