LIN28A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN28A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN28A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-117P, RNA5SP56, and VCY. Each is linked with LIN28A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN28A-to-partner and partner-to-LIN28A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-117P grouped by LIN28A-low versus LIN28A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN28A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN28A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
