LIN28A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIN28A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,009 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN28A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-proline hydroxylation, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with LIN28A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN28A-to-partner and partner-to-LIN28A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-proline hydroxylation grouped by LIN28A-low versus LIN28A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN28A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN28A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
