LIMS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,056 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR17, ADAMTS10, and KANK3. Each is linked with LIMS2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMS2-to-partner and partner-to-LIMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIMS2 versus GPR17 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
