LIMK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE4P, RNU7-90P, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with LIMK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMK2-to-partner and partner-to-LIMK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINE4P grouped by LIMK2-low versus LIMK2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
