LIMK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,711 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-80P, PRAMEF14, and ARL2BPP1. Each is linked with LIMK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMK1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-80P grouped by LIMK1-low versus LIMK1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
