LIM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A3P, C2CD4C, and RNU6-53P. Each is linked with LIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIM2-to-partner and partner-to-LIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIM2 versus OR2A3P in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
