LIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with LIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIM2-to-partner and partner-to-LIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by LIM2-low versus LIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
