Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,568 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR1, TLR8, and HAVCR2. Each is linked with LILRP1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRP1-to-partner and partner-to-LILRP1 results are reported.
