Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LILRP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LILRP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LILRP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LILRP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.

KIRP, SKCM, and LGG are the cancer types where LILRP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
