Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRB1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,461 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRB1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interleukin-12 production, Myeloid leukocyte activation, and Myeloid cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with LILRB1-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRB1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-LILRB1-AS1 results are reported.
