Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LILRB1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LILRB1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LILRB1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LILRB1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUSC, SKCM, and KICH are the cancer types where LILRB1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
