LIG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFX4, OR7E24, and KRTAP5-4. Each is linked with LIG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIG4-to-partner and partner-to-LIG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFX4 grouped by LIG4-low versus LIG4-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
