LIF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL93P, LINC02559, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with LIF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIF-to-partner and partner-to-LIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL93P grouped by LIF-low versus LIF-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
