LIAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,815 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMOC2, FBLN5, and TPM1. Each is linked with LIAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIAS-to-partner and partner-to-LIAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIAS versus SMOC2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
