LHX9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHX9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFHD1, RN7SL274P, and TSPY26P. Each is linked with LHX9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX9-to-partner and partner-to-LHX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFHD1 grouped by LHX9-low versus LHX9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
