Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LHX9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LHX9 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LHX9 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LHX9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where LHX9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
