Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHX9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,148 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chondroblast differentiation, Vesicle localization, and Purine deoxyribonucleoside diphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with LHX9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX9-to-partner and partner-to-LHX9 results are reported.
