Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHX9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIH1D1, SH3GL2, and ZFPL1. Each is linked with LHX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX9-to-partner and partner-to-LHX9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIH1D1 grouped by LHX9-low versus LHX9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
