LHX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOC4, OR2C1, and KLHL14. Each is linked with LHX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX4-to-partner and partner-to-LHX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOC4 grouped by LHX4-low versus LHX4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
