LHX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AFP, RNA5SP436, and PEDS1-UBE2V1. Each is linked with LHX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX3-to-partner and partner-to-LHX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AFP grouped by LHX3-low versus LHX3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
