LHX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,670 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are QSOX2, COL20A1, and PRDM12. Each is linked with LHX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX3-to-partner and partner-to-LHX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LHX3 versus QSOX2 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
