LHX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP4B, GDF2, and ZNF831. Each is linked with LHX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX3-to-partner and partner-to-LHX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP4B grouped by LHX3-low versus LHX3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
