Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,849 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vagina development, Spinal cord motor neuron migration, and Lateral motor column neuron migration. Each is linked with LHX1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX1-to-partner and partner-to-LHX1 results are reported.
