Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,525 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRPK1, SRPK1_S311, and TOP2A. Each is linked with LHFPL5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL5-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
