Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHFPL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LHFPL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC14, CNTROB, and RNU6-1308P. Each is linked with LHFPL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHFPL4-to-partner and partner-to-LHFPL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AC14 grouped by LHFPL4-low versus LHFPL4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHFPL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHFPL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
