LHCGR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHCGR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHCGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1_p_S217_S221, PKC-a_pS657, and VHL. Each is linked with LHCGR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHCGR-to-partner and partner-to-LHCGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1_p_S217_S221 grouped by LHCGR-low versus LHCGR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHCGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHCGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
