Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHCGR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 158 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHCGR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with LHCGR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHCGR-to-partner and partner-to-LHCGR results are reported.
