LHCGR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LHCGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 473 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHCGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, OR56A5, and SCYGR10. Each is linked with LHCGR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHCGR-to-partner and partner-to-LHCGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6V1 grouped by LHCGR-low versus LHCGR-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHCGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHCGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
