LGSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGSN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXPE4, SCML2, and RAI1. Each is linked with LGSN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGSN-to-partner and partner-to-LGSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXPE4 grouped by LGSN-low versus LGSN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
