Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGR6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,137 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGR6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASXL2_S1319, ATG16L2, and ATG2A_S1309. Each is linked with LGR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGR6-to-partner and partner-to-LGR6 results are reported.
