Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LGR4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LGR4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LGR4-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LGR4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BRCA show a favorable association.

OV, BRCA, and READ are the cancer types where LGR4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
