LGMN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGMN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,739 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGMN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIGLEC1, PLEKHO2, and PLEKHO2_T311. Each is linked with LGMN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGMN-to-partner and partner-to-LGMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGMN versus SIGLEC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
