LGMN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGMN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,720 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4, SIGLEC1, and SERPING1. Each is linked with LGMN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGMN-to-partner and partner-to-LGMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGMN versus CD4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
