LGI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, CST9, and OR9A2. Each is linked with LGI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGI2-to-partner and partner-to-LGI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by LGI2-low versus LGI2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
