LGI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, STAT3_pY705, and FoxM1. Each is linked with LGI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGI1-to-partner and partner-to-LGI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by LGI1-low versus LGI1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
