LGI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 228 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SVEP1, ZNF423, and LRRIQ1. Each is linked with LGI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGI1-to-partner and partner-to-LGI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SVEP1 grouped by LGI1-low versus LGI1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
