LGALSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,670 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALSL-DT, PEX13, and PCYOX1. Each is linked with LGALSL in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALSL-to-partner and partner-to-LGALSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGALSL versus LGALSL-DT in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
