Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALSL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,547 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LGALSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALSL-DT, VIPR1, and KIDINS220. Each is linked with LGALSL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALSL-to-partner and partner-to-LGALSL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGALSL versus LGALSL-DT in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
