Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,047 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intermediate filament bundle assembly, Keratinization, and Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with LGALS7B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS7B-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS7B results are reported.
