Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS7B protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 458 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LGALS7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of type I interferon-mediated signaling pathway, Hypersensitivity, and Cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with LGALS7B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS7B-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of type I interferon-mediated signaling pathway grouped by LGALS7B-low versus LGALS7B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
